Excellent staff and punctuality

I am extremely disappointed with this company's unethical and sneaky practices. Without any notice or authorization, they took $600 out of my bank account, resulting in unexpected charges. Since I had not planned for these charges, I incurred several "courtesy charges" from my bank for $34 each time an expected charge went through that the bank had to cover.When I contacted the company about these unauthorized charges, the response was infuriating. I was told, "Our CEO audited accounts and states there were accounts that had not paid their bill in a long time. I will give you his email, so you can contact him. He charged the charges as patients had not paid for the services rendered. This was supposed to be deducted monthly, but some accounts were not paid."I asked my husband if he ever received services and did not pay for them. He said no. Every time he went in for a visit, the lady at the front desk would confirm, "I have card XXXX on file, should I go ahead and charge that one?" He always agreed, and that was the end of the discussion.So, even if these charges are legitimate, the way the company went about processing them was slimy and unprofessional! What happened to invoicing? What happened to giving notice? What happened to giving a warning?This company's approach is completely unacceptable, and I advise others to be very cautious when dealing with them. I hope they reconsider their practices and start treating their customers with the respect they deserve.

This was is my first visit at this doctors office. They have been very helpful and nice. I look forward to having them as my health care provider.
